High-precision narrow-width cutting process
[ Challenges of Conventional Technology ] Due to the requirement for high flatness of 0.2 mm for precision machined products, wire cutting was used, which resulted in high costs and made it impossible to use as disposable parts. [ Solutions Achieved by JKB ] By reducing the thickness of the material compared to conventional products and successfully press processing with a flatness of 10 μm, we achieved cost reduction, contributing to the potential for disposable parts and the expansion of research.
